How do I add files or upload additional items to my submission?
  • Select "Images." A pop-up window will open.
  • Locate the image you want to submit from your computer files or take photo from mobile device. Select "Upload."
  • Your files will appear on the submission page.
  • If you need to provide additional images, select "Images." You may add up to four files.
  • Once complete, select "Upload" and your files will begin uploading.
  • Wait until the upload is completed before proceeding.
How do I process my rebate?

Complete the online submission form, upload any required documentation or images, review your submission for accuracy and submit the information by following all of the directions provided.  Once we receive and review your submission, if it is accepted, your rebate amount will be mailed via USPS to the address you provided, or sent electronically through PayPal.

I do not see the product I purchased listed as an available option.

Review the Offer Terms and Conditions for the promotion to determine which products are eligible for the promotion.

I do not have a copy of my proof of purchase, receipt, or other required documentation. Can I still submit for this promotion?

All offers require documentation in order to process them. If you do not provide the required documents, your submission will be invalid and will not be processed.

How many files/images can I add to my submission?

A maximum of four files can be added to each submission.

How will I receive my reward?

Depending on the selection you made in the Rebate Selection, your rebate will be shipped to the address provided in the Customer Information section of the submission process or added to the PayPal account associated with the email you provided.

Why is my submission invalid?

The information provided for the rebate did not meet the requirements of the promotion. Review the promotion Offer Terms and Conditions. If you believe your submission is invalid in error, visit the Contact Us page.

How long will it take for my submission to be processed?

The submission process takes 6-8 weeks unless otherwise specified in the promotion Offer Terms and Conditions.

I purchased more than one of the qualifying products. Can I submit a claim for multiple products?

Please review the offer terms and conditions to determine if there is a household limit.  If the offer is available for more than one rebate per household, you can repeat the entry for the total number of rebates that are allowed.  Once you have met the household limit, no additional rebates will be approved for the remainder of that offer.

Why can I not submit my rebate for a promotion?

The promotion may have ended or you may have exceeded the household submission limits. Please review the Offer Terms and Conditions for promotion details.

My additional files/images did not successfully upload.

Confirm that the files are in the correct format (JPEG, GIF or PNG). Your file may have exceeded the size limit of 5 MB per image. If this is the case, the file will not upload.

I did not receive an email confirming my submission.

The confirmation email containing your tracking number was sent to the email address you provided at the time of submission. If you are still unable to locate this email, visit the Contact Us page.

What is a tracking number and why do I need it?

A tracking number is a unique code assigned to your submission. Knowing your tracking number will allow you to track your submission online. It will also help customer service representatives locate your submission should you need any assistance.

Is there a limit on the number of times I can submit for this promotion?

Review the Offer Terms and Conditions for the promotion to verify if there are limits to the number of submissions.

What type of reward will I receive? Can I request a different reward option?

The reward will be defined in the Offer Terms and Conditions for the promotion. If you have the option to choose from multiple rebates, you will be asked to make your selection during the submission process.
